1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account and using Gramage ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of service

Gramage is a coffee brewing timer and logging application. The App provides:

• Step-by-step brewing timers for various coffee methods
• Brew logging and history tracking
• Recipe library (read-only)

3. User accounts

• You must be 13 years or older to use the App
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate information during registration
• One account per person; sharing accounts is prohibited

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
• Upload malicious code or spam
• Reverse engineer or copy the App

5. User content

• You retain ownership of brew logs and notes you create
• By using the App, you grant us a license to store and display your content for the purpose of providing the service
• We do not claim ownership of your brewing data

6. Free and Premium features

• Free tier: Unlimited anonymous use with brew logging
• Premium tier: Subscription-based access to all features
• Subscriptions are billed annually or monthly via App Store/Google Play
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

7. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time through the Settings screen
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy of brewing recipes or timers
• Compatibility with all devices

9. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for:

• Lost brewing data due to technical issues
• Damage to coffee equipment
• Quality of brewed coffee
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

10. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be resolved in Abu Dhabi courts.
