How do I reset my password?

In the app, go to Settings → Account → Reset Password. We'll send a reset link to your email. Open the link on the device where you have Gramage installed and enter a new password.

How do I delete my account?

Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and removes all brews, ratings, and notes. There's a 7-day grace period during which you can sign back in to cancel.

Why isn't the timer starting?

Make sure notifications and background app refresh are allowed for Gramage. On iOS, also check that Focus / Do Not Disturb isn't suppressing alerts. If the timer still won't start, force-quit the app and reopen it — that resolves most cases.

How do I change brew methods?

From the home screen, tap the method name at the top to switch between V60, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, Cold Brew, and Moka Pot. Each method remembers your last-used ratio.

What if I want a refund?

Refunds are handled through the App Store or Google Play, not by us directly. On iOS, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, go to play.google.com/store/account → Order history. We're happy to help if you let us know what went wrong.

Is my brew data backed up?

Yes — when you're signed in, brews and ratings sync to your Gramage account automatically. If you sign out or use Gramage offline, data is stored locally and uploads next time you connect.

How do I contact support?

Email support@getgramage.com with a short description of the issue, your device model, and the app version (Settings → About). We aim to respond within 48 hours.
